In these terms, "we", "us" and "Hair Lyf" mean that company. "You" means anyone using the site or buying from us.

Using this site

By browsing hairlyf.com, using the Virtual Try-On, messaging us, or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

• You must be 18 or older to buy from us, or have a parent or guardian do it for you.
• You agree to give accurate information — particularly your delivery address and phone number. We can't deliver hair to an address that doesn't exist.
• You may not copy our photographs, product images, or written content for commercial use.
• You may not use the site to attempt fraud, scrape data, or interfere with how it works.

Shade and colour variation

This is the most important thing on this page, so we'd rather say it clearly than hide it.

If you're unsure about a shade, don't guess — send us a selfie on WhatsApp before you order and we'll match it for you free. Because we can't accept returns for change of mind, this consultation is the best protection you have, and it costs you nothing.

About the Virtual Try-On

Our Try-On tool generates an AI preview of how a shade might look on you. It's there to help you imagine the result and narrow down a choice.

• It is a simulation, not a photograph of a real outcome.
• The real result depends on your natural hair colour, texture, length, lighting and how the extensions are clipped in.
• A Try-On preview is not a guarantee, and a difference between the preview and the product you receive is not grounds for return.
• Using it is entirely optional. We handle any photo you upload as described in our Privacy Policy — Hair Lyf does not store it.

Products, prices and availability

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices, run sales, or discontinue a product at any time, without notice.
• Product images are as accurate as we can make them, but see the shade variation clause above.
• Products are subject to availability. If something you ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
• If a price is listed in obvious error, we're not obliged to honour it. We'll tell you and cancel or let you re-confirm at the correct price.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm and dispatch it — we may decline an order, and if we do, you're refunded in full.

• Payments are processed online by Razorpay — card, UPI, net banking or wallet. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
• We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery.
• We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if the address is undeliverable.

Shipping, returns and refunds

• Shipping Policy — delivery times, couriers, and tracking.
• Return & Refund Policy — returns accepted only for damaged or incorrect items, within 5 days, with an unboxing video.

Please read the returns policy before you order, not after. It's short.

Caring for your hair

Extensions, toppers and wigs are delicate. They can be damaged by heat, harsh products, colouring, or rough brushing.

We provide care instructions, and we're always happy to advise. But damage caused by styling, washing, colouring or chemical treatment after purchase is not covered by any return or refund.

Photos and reviews you share with us

If you send us a photo or video, tag us, or leave a review, you're giving us permission to share it on our website and social media, with credit.

If you'd rather we didn't, just tell us — before or after — and we'll take it down. No argument, no explanation needed.

Our content

The Hair Lyf name, logo, photographs, product images, written content and site design belong to us. Please don't copy them, resell them, or pass them off as your own.

What we're responsible for — and what we're not

We take real care with what we sell and how we send it. But to be clear about the limits:

• We're responsible for delivering the product you ordered, in the condition described.
• We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example, missing an event because a courier was late.
• Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
• Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If a term here conflicts with your legal rights, your legal rights win.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, tell us first — most things are fixable in a WhatsApp message.

If we can't resolve it, you can escalate to our Grievance Officer:

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one live on this page at the time you placed it. We'll change the date at the top whenever we update it.
