4×4 Silk Base Topper
Some thinning spreads outwards rather than along the parting. The crown becomes a broad, soft area where the scalp shows through in every direction, and a narrow topper simply isn't wide enough to cover it.
The 4×4 is square for that reason. Equal width and depth, giving you coverage that extends sideways as much as front-to-back.

WHO THIS SUITS
Choose the 4×4 over the 3×5 if the sparse area is roughly as wide as it is long. If it's clearly longer than it is wide, the 3×5 or 2×5 will suit you better and cost you less.
HOW TO PUT IT ON
With a larger base, take your time positioning it before you close any clips. Get the front edge sitting naturally behind your hairline first — everything else follows from that.
CARING FOR IT
Mild shampoo every 8 to 10 wears, cool water only. Air-dry flat or on a stand. Larger pieces hold more water, so give it longer to dry fully before storing.
